UREE is owned and led by its broker, Mr. Wayne S. Davis, who brings over 27 years of full-time real estate experience to the company. As the President and Broker for United Real Estate Executives, Mr. Davis has an extensive background in real estate Sales, Training, Contracts, Financing, Management, Investments, and Distressed property. He has personally successfully sold over $100,000,000 of real estate in Maryland and has maintained an impeccable record as a leader in the real estate industry. As a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), certified by the Distress Property Institute, LLC, Mr. Davis found the need to further his involvement in REO and Short Sales; therefore, he established the REO Department within UREE.

 

Mr. Davis holds membership with (1) the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), (2) the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and (3) the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®.
